TWU Librarians, Annita Owens and Greg Hardin recently partnered with Lilly Ramin, the UNT Virtual Reference Coordinator Librarian to provide outreach reference service for a pilot off-campus community program. They were available for virtual chat on Meebo and in person assistance at Banter, a local coffee shop near the square, during selected hours for three days as an extension of TWU's First Week Fiesta and UNT's Welcome Week in August, 2008.
